VersaLink 7500 Power light is red
The Power light may be red for a few seconds while it runs a power-on self testing routine.
1. If the Power light remains solid red, there is a device malfunction. Shut off the gateway once
again and then restart it.
2. If the Power light is now solid green but you still can't access the Internet, continue with
Troubleshooting Step 5
.
3. If the Power light is still off, please contact Verizon High Speed Internet Support Center by
calling 800-567-6789.
