Using the Hands-Free Mode Directional Key Shortcut
You can quickly set and configure Hands-Free Mode from the
Home screen.
1. From the Home screen, press the Directional Key
Up.
2. Use the Directional Key to highlight a setting, and then
press SET:
• Caller ID Only: Volume is set to high, and when you
receive a call or message, the caller or sender’s name
is read out.
•ID & Message: Volume is set to high, and when you
receive a call or message, the caller or sender’s name
is read out
•Off: All sounds revert to their previous settings.
Using the Hands-Free Mode Voice Command
When you enable Hands-Free Mode using Voice Commands,
Hands-Free Mode is automatically started in Caller ID Only
mode.
From the Home screen, press and hold the
Voice Commands Key.

With the flip closed, press and hold the
Speakerphone Key.
3. At the audio prompt “Please say a command”, say
“Hands-Free Mode On”.
